Refund Policy

Refund Policy

* This is a legal and binding service contract between All IN TNT Transportation LLC and its clients. The company has a 48 hour cancelation policy for a full-refund on private pay. For customers who use insurance there is a 24 hour cancelation notice required.

Refund Policy - the basics

Minnesota's laws regarding the cancellation of mobility transportation services, particularly Nonemergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services, aim to balance providing timely transportation for individuals with disabilities and medical needs while ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Timely Cancellation by Clients: who need to cancel scheduled transports are required to do so in a timely manner to prevent unnecessary trips and "no-show" situations. Prompt cancellation allows the transportation provider to potentially schedule other passengers, ensuring efficient service delivery.

  • Consequences of Failure to Cancel: Failure to cancel in a timely manner can lead to "no-show" situations, which may result in limitations to future transport services.

  • Inclement Weather: In cases of inclement weather that prevents transportation, the NEMT provider must notify members and give special consideration to urgent requests like chemotherapy or dialysis. If the original provider cannot accommodate a return ride, the transportation coordinator will assist to find alternative modes of transportation.

  • ALL IN TNT Transportation LLC Cancellations: If a TNT driver is en route and the TNT or rider cancels the trip, the driver is entitled to 50% of the cancellation fee.

  • General Principle: The overall principle is for clients to make a good faith effort to cancel as soon as they know they will not be able to make their appointment, minimizing wasted resources and ensuring that transportation remains available for those who need it.

Important Notes:

  • Specific cancellation policies, including timeframes and consequences for "no-shows," can vary depending on the particular mobility transportation provider.

  • Passengers may be suspended from service due to no-shows or frequent late cancellations.

  • Minnesota law provides regulatory framework for passenger carriers and their vehicles.

  • Metro Mobility has a policy outlining customer conduct, suspensions, and appeals processes.
